Amazon Web Services (AWS)

AWS is a vast service that has hundreds of products, components and features. It would be very hard to be an expert in all area's, so we have chosen to concentrate in three key area's:

AWS Lambda
Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)

With our vast experience in this technology platform, we are ideally placed to help you design, build, migrate or upgrade your infrastructure or code to take full advantage of these services.

AWS Lambda

AWS Lambda lets you run code without you needing to provision or manage your own servers. You pay only for the compute time you consume.

With Lambda, you can run code for virtually any type of application or backend service - all with zero administration. Just upload your code and Lambda takes care of everything required to run and scale your code with high availability. You can set up your code to automatically trigger from other AWS services or call it directly from any web or mobile app.

Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

Amazon EKS is a fully managed Kubernetes service. Some of the largest organisations us EKS to run their most sensitive and mission critical applications, mainly because of the security, reliability, and scalability.

The AWS support of Kubernetes is strong and as such we ensure that we leverage all the tools available, including AWS Fargate and AWS App Mesh. The integrated nature of of this service lends itself to a fully managed service with the ability scale and monitor using Amazon CloudWatch, Auto Scaling Groups, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).

Amazon S3

Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) is an object storage service that offers industry leading scalability, data availability, security, and performance. This means customers of all sizes and industries can use it to store and protect any amount of data for a range of use cases. Amazon S3 provides easy to use management features so you can organise your data and configure finely-tuned access controls to meet your specific business, organisational, and compliance requirements.

Amazon S3 is designed for 99.999999999% (11 9's) of durability, and stores data for millions of applications for companies all around the world.
